Although each item is checked individually for any faults or damages before sending to the customers, still being only human, there might be some mistakes. Please do not rip all the original packaging as you might want to return it.

Damaged or faulty items :

If you receive any item faulty or damaged PLEASE E-MAIL us (sales@leatherdreams.co.uk) within 3 days of receipt we will replace the item at no charge & refund any money paid for your return postage or refund the full money with the postage cost you paid for the return.

The item should be posted by Sign-For Recorded Delivery or as agreed. All items must be returned in the original packaging, with all the original labels & tags attached, unused & in the condition it was sent to you.

Unwanted Items :

If you return the item for any other reason but not for the manufacturing fault or damage, we will refund the cost of the goods only, not the p&p paid for the item. The item must be sent at your own expense.

Once we receive the item in its original packaging and unused, the refund will be paid back.
